Made‑to‑Order Products

All of our products are printed on demand. This means:

• We do not hold stock.
• Each item is created specifically for your order.
• As a result, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as “change of mind,” incorrect size choice, or preference‑based issues.


We encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing guides, and artwork previews carefully before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you.

To request a replacement:

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem (e.g., misprint, damage, wrong item)


Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window:

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of purchase. After that, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
